Proposed Legislation Changes
We have recently made several changes to our Proposed Legislation Changes page including:
- Penalty unit increase - Bill introduced to Parliament
- Paying for advice fees from super - Bill introduced to Parliament
- Successor fund transfers and transfer balance cap amendments - Draft legislation released
- Non-arm’s length expenses - Bill passed by Senate
- Div 296 tax and defined benefit interests - Draft regulations released
- Objective of super - Senate committee recommended Bill be passed
